At Ithaca, we believe that every person deserves a second chance. Since 2023, we have our own dedicated space in Athens — a safe space for reintegration, designed to provide support, dignity, and equal opportunities to those who need it most.

For many of our beneficiaries, having access to a stable and welcoming space is the first real step toward a new beginning. A place where they can feel safe, be heard without judgment, and begin rebuilding their lives with hope and confidence.

What does the Ithaca space offer?

Our new space has been thoughtfully created to promote personal empowerment and smooth social reintegration:

• One-on-one psychosocial support sessions, carried out with full confidentiality and tailored care for each individual’s needs.
• Access to essential digital tools, including computers, to help beneficiaries search for jobs, access services, or pursue learning opportunities.
• A welcoming, human-centered environment that fosters belonging and encourages individuals to reconnect with their future.

This safe space for reintegration is not just an office — it’s a place built on trust, inclusivity, and compassion. A space that supports, listens, and empowers — without discrimination.
