The program combines personal care with genuine human presence and empathy, making it ideal for anyone in later life who needs consistent support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Individual Support: A Space for Dialogue and Empathy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With backing from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timafoundation.org\/\">TIMA Charitable Foundation<\/a>, our social-service reaches out to seniors experiencing homelessness, offering them psychosocial support as well as free accounting and labor-law advice. These vital services serve individuals without family or other support networks who face serious health challenges and social exclusion. At the same time, our beneficiaries are informed of their rights\u2014allowances, pensions, and other entitlements\u2014helping them secure financial aid and greater autonomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Senior Centers Outreach: Community-Based Care<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The program also extends into Senior Citizen Centers, where we hold group meetings and educational workshops. These interventions aim to prevent social isolation, strengthen mental well-being, and ensure that participants fully understand their legal rights and benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Program That Touches Lives<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One participant shared:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been coming to Ithaca for a year or two now. It\u2019s not just about the services\u2014Irini helps me with everything, from hospital visits to paperwork. That means so much. When you\u2019re upset, you can\u2019t \u2018breathe\u2019 properly. Irini is always there, kindly.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Small but powerful testimonials like this underscore the true value of our program\u2014care that provides not only practical services but also emotional support and understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Together for Elderly Care<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With continued support from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timafoundation.org\/\">TIMA Charitable Foundation<\/a>, Ithaca remains unwavering in its mission to offer psychosocial support to older adults.
